Discussing and Reporting Abuse

The scandalous reports of grotesque and criminal cases of child pornography in two of our community’s flagship educational institutions are tragic and shocking. It is a sadly appropriate moment to remember our individual and collective responsibilities to root out all forms abuse in our midst, as outlined in Rabbi David Brofsky’s “Discussing and Reporting Abuse – A Halakhic Perspective,” which appeared as part of Tradition’s symposium on sexual abuse (Summer 2017), full issue available here.
