    Matt Lubin clarifies that on page 58 (top lines, which read): “but R. Wasserman himself did not understand this to mean that ‘a heretic by misadventure is a heretic nonetheless,’ as R. Bleich translates” — should read: “but R. Wasserman himself did not understand this to mean that heresy logically necessitates perdition, as R. Bleich indicates by comparing this case to one who is precluded from studying calculus because he or she has not studied algebra.”
